Join Us and Eat Your Way Across Italy!

We’re excited to present a new hands-on experience at Villa Bellezza! We invite you to take a culinary tour of Italy at Villa Bellezza’s new Education Center. Through a series of cooking classes, you’ll discover the food and wine of the region with Villa Bellezza Chef, Antonio Cecconi, as your guide and instructor. Our first Cooking School class will take place on Thursday, April 18, 2019, from 6:00-8:30pm.

We’ll be kicking off our series with Pastas and Sauces. Chef Antonio will lead you in making pasta from scratch, including long-cut fettuccini, and filled pastas such as tortellini and ravioli. You’ll then move on to creating the three Italian Mother Sauces from scratch—red, white and green, the three colors of the Italian flag. With these basic skills, you’ll have the foundational knowledge and technique to create any traditional Italian pasta dish your taste buds desire!

And because great food tastes even better when accompanied by great wine, you’ll sample Chef Antonio’s food and wine pairings throughout the session. Wines will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home.

You’ll continue your tour of the culinary regions of Italy through future Cooking School classes, as well as gain a new knowledge and appreciation of wine and Italian cuisine. Chef Antonio is excited to share his skill and expertise with you, a few of his mother’s recipes, as well as his love for his homeland.

Each session is $75/person, a minimum of 8 students are needed for each class.*
