Marquette Grapes Vineyard

About Marquette

Marquette is Villa Bellezza’s most valuable grape, as well as our winemakers’ favorite red grape and the one behind some of our most popular red wines. We have 4 acres of established Marquette grape vines and planted 5 more acres of Marquette vines in 2022.

Marquette produces a complex, elegant, and age-worthy red wine, with elements of black fruit and spice. From our Rosso D’Amici and Marquette ’20 varietal to our Marquette Reserve ’17 and soon to be released Marquette Reserve ’18, you’re destined to become a fan.

Our Current Marquette Feature

Rosso D’Amici is an unoaked Marquette. A dry red wine, you will taste blackberry and black cherry with just a hint of roasted almond and vanilla.

In the Il Forno restaurant, guests are enjoying Rosso D’Amici with our popular Italian Rigatoni. However, you will find this wine pairs well with most foods and most friends–it’s named for Martino and Rosina of Zagarolo Italy, the friends who inspired our first vineyard.

Come visit for a complimentary taste, and pick up a bottle or two to share with your amici!
