While summertime is still in full swing, veggies and herbs in the garden are reaching the peak of their ripening. In this class, we’ll prepare some of the best Italian recipes for fresh summer meals.

  • Antipasto: Broiled mushrooms with gorgonzola cheese
  • Primo: Eggplant alla Norma with angel hair pasta
  • Secondo: Rosemary roasted lamb chops
  • Contorni: Fennel au Gratin
  • Dolci: Crostata di Frutta

* Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
