The Timballo Pasta Tower is a Holiday Specialty. Layers of pasta, cheese, sauce and filling are molded together and baked in the oven. You are sure to impress your guests this holiday season- that is, if you can master the recipe!

Cartoccio Pasta in Parchment Paper is a surprisingly fragrant pouch. We will explore various versions of fillings and sauces that are simple to put together during the rush of holiday season!

Join us for a pre-class social hour at Sala del Vino, where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Class will begin promptly–please be on time. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the evening.
