• Like the swallows that find their way back to Villa Bellezza, Antonio returns—to the Cucina, and to the Scuola Cucina. Each time he steps through the doors, he seems somehow younger, as if time has gifted him back a piece of himself.

It is the mark of a life well-lived—new experiences feeding the mind, sparking new ideas, always with more to teach, more to share. He carries with him the flavors of Mexico, Florida, Italia, and above all, Sardegna, his beloved island of origin.

We are deeply grateful—for his return, and for the radiant presence of his soul among us.
And like the swallows, we watch him soar.

Siamo Arrivati – Where You Belong

  • Each spring, the swallows return to Villa Bellezza—just as they have for generations. Long ago, their ancestors nested in the open beams of the Villa. Construction paused—at the insistence of a compassionate contractor—until the young birds had fledged and could fly. And so began a tradition written on wings.

Now, they return every year. It’s something you can count on.

We provide the place. They bring the magic—darting and diving through the air, keeping the Piazza safe from unwelcome guests. Our graceful defenders. Our joyful messengers of the season.

They belong here. Like so many who find their way to Villa Bellezza, they’ve made it home.

Siamo Arrivati – Where You Belong.

  • Join Us for the 2025 Tour de Pepin This year, more than 800 intrepid cyclists will take on the challenge of riding around Lake Pepin. The 72-mile route circumnavigates the lake and promises an unforgettable adventure.

Just before the halfway point, they’ll have the chance to stop at Villa Bellezza to rest and recharge—with water, food, or even a glass of wine.

We proudly support these adventurers and admire their remarkable spirit. Join us in encouraging them on June 7, 2025, as they pedal their way through this inspiring journey!

  • Every spring, we get in our cars. We follow the hills and river roads, chasing a feeling more than a destination.

Studios open. Artists speak. A few brave works wait quietly, hoping to be chosen.

This year, for the first time, Villa Bellezza joins the tradition. Our artist in residence, Federico, has been painting the light, the stone, the soul of this place.

You might find him sketching under a portico, or sipping wine by the piazza fountain. And yes—like a handful of artists in the world—you might even find him at dinner in Il Forno.

Because some art isn’t just hung on a wall.

    Some art is lived.
