As they say, when in Rome… The food of Italy’s capital city inspired the menu for this cooking class. You’ll learn to cook and eat like they do in Rome–relaxed, casual, and enjoying every bite. With Chef Antonio as your guide, you’ll learn to make these traditional Roman dishes:

  • Fettuccine Alla Carbonara
  • Suppli Rice fritters with fresh Mozzarella and sage
  • Agnello Scottadito (Grilled Marinated Lamb ribs)
  • Carciofi alla Romana (Fresh Artichokes poached in wine)
  • Zabaione alle Fragole (sweet wine custard over strawberries)

* Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
