About the Class

A postcard from the charming Italian islands of Sicily and Sardinia. In this hands-on class, you will learn to prepare a menu inspired by the vibrant flavors and traditions of these coastal regions, guided by Chef Antonio and using the recipes from his cookbook.

  • Caponata, a sweet and sour eggplant appetizer
  • Linguine alle vongole, fresh pasta with a zesty clam sauce
  • Involtini alla salvia, beef roll-ups with sage and pecorino cheese
  • Finocchi al Pachino saltati, fennel with fresh orange and sautéed baby tomatoes
  • Torta di ricotta cheesecake

Your experience includes Chef Antonio’s pre-class social hour with featured wine and appetizers.

* Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
