Florence is the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region. Dining in Florence is a special experience that combines fresh ingredients and simple yet delicious dishes. In this cooking class you’ll deepen your culinary artistry and open your palate with the flavors of the region:

  • Stuffed zucchini flowers
  • Cannelloni agli Spinaci
  • Cotoletta alla brace (pork cutlet with porcini mushrooms)
  • Fragole allo Zabaione (strawberries in sweet wine sauce)

* Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
