About the Class

To eat like an Italian, leisurely multi-course meals are a tradition–a full Italian meal includes five courses. The primo piatto is the first course served after the appetizer. During Artful Primo Piatto, Chef Antonio will guide you through the traditional dishes of the first plate. The menu for this demonstration cooking class will include:

  • Risotto with wild mushrooms
  • Polenta with spinach and prosciutto
  • Homemade gnocchi with asparagus Gorgonzola sauce

Your experience includes Chef Antonio’s pre-class social hour with featured wine and appetizers.

* Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
