While gardens and farmers markets are bursting with the season’s bounty, Chef Antonio seizes the opportunity, transforming the fragrant and fresh herbs found in the garden into a delicious midsummer dinner. Learn to use herbs Italian-style in dishes including:

Tomato-Basil Bruschetta
Angel-hair pasta with Basil Pesto
Marinated Herb Chicken
Colored Squash, Venetian-style
Watermelon with Feta and Mint
