About the Class

Experience the charm of Italian home cooking with a class centered around Involtini — tender meat, pounded thin, stuffed, rolled, and simmered in a rich sauce. This comforting dish is sure to become a favorite for both family meals and special occasions. Your evening includes:

  • A little antipasto to whet the appetite
  • Antonio’s garden-fresh insalata, one of his signature salads
  • A satisfying pasta course to complement the Involtini
  • A light, delightful dessert to end the meal on a sweet note

This thoughtfully curated menu reflects the true Italian dining experience—balanced, seasonal, and full of flavor. Perfect for cooks of all levels, whether you’re learning or looking to expand your culinary repertoire.

Please join Chef Antonio for a pre-class social hour. Check in, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and light appetizers, and get settled before class begins. Cooking starts promptly at the scheduled class time to ensure the best experience for all participants.

Cooking classes are hands-on group experiences with guests working together to prepare a set menu. Because of the format, we are unable to make individual ingredient or entrée substitutions. Recipes are prepared as presented on the class menu; guests are welcome to participate in preparing any dish and simply pass on a course they prefer not to eat.

*This class will take place in our cooking classroom in Sala del Vino.
