About the Class

Learn to make pasta from scratch, including ravioli, tortellini, and cannelloni. You will then move on to creating different fillings and sauces. With these basic skills, you will have the foundational knowledge and technique to create any traditional Italian pasta dishes your taste buds desire!

Stuffed Pasta:

  • Ravioli
  • Tortellini
  • Cannelloni

Fillings:

  • Prosciutto and Artichoke
  • Sicilian Eggplant

Sauces:

  • Asparagus Pesto
  • Mushroom con Vino

Your experience includes Chef Antonio’s pre-class social hour with featured wine and appetizers.

* Tickets are non-refundable. A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
