Inspired by his many visits to the city, Chef Antonio has infused this special cooking class menu with his favorite Venetian flavors and traditions, including Ossobuco al forno! You will learn to make:

• Cicchetti fritti misti (deep fried summer veggies and shrimp)
• Broiled gnocchi alla veneziana
• Ossobuco al forno
• Frullato di Frutta al vino rosso

Your experience begins with a pre-class social hour where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class.
