Like the swallows that find their way back to Villa Bellezza, Antonio returns—to the Cucina, and to the Scuola Cucina. Each time he steps through the doors, he seems somehow younger, as if time has gifted him back a piece of himself.
It is the mark of a life well-lived—new experiences feeding the mind, sparking new ideas, always with more to teach, more to share. He carries with him the flavors of Mexico, Florida, Italia, and above all, Sardegna, his beloved island of origin.
We are deeply grateful—for his return, and for the radiant presence of his soul among us. And like the swallows, we watch him soar.
